We turn anything into an adventure.

Now that the backs of my legs have ceased blistering and turning a shade of red that would make a lobster jealous, and the splotchy burn on my back is starting to fade to tan, I can focus even more on all the supremely awesome parts of this weekend.

My family spent four entire days together. We got into all kinds of shenanigans.

Like feeding alligators.

Yeah, that’s right. Alligators.

The Brother was so nice, he baited our hooks while my SIL (his lovely wife) and I fed the ‘gators. Three little baggies of gator treats later  and we STILL screamed like little girls every time the chomped down and pulled at our poles.

Good times. 🙂 It was SIL’s 22nd birthday and she got to feed gators and see dolphins.

Oh, and pelicans.

They were cool.

Then there was a wedding. On the beach. In the sun.

Yep, we're cute.

My parents are adorable. No joke.

Gorgeous, no?

Gorgeous, no?

We also nearly missed two flights. Both at 6 a.m. After going to sleep at 1:30 a.m. when we had to leave for the airport at 3:30 a.m. Which totally rocked, by the way. (Snark!) Because that’s how we roll.

Who wants to do it again next week?
